Yes their is but only at Evenings and Weekends.

Go to www.pre-dial.com click on Free Destination List and your find an O2 Mobile Dial through Access Number you can call from your 3 contract  cross network minutes. It allows you to call over 40 destinations, one of which is Canada.

Also useful for Vodafone Contract users who cant use 07744.
