As far as I know easyMobile is the best in terms of using 07744 numbers.

1. Gives you access to 07744 numbers at a flat rate of 15p / minute (I sure hope it will drop once the call charges for cross network calls drop on easyMobile)

2. Every now and then easyMobile offer FREE calls for a whole day or a part of it. Good thing is that 07744 numbers are also FREE in these days.
